Does anyone know when it'll start to be locked at night please?

Hi Yvonne I've lived in Silver End nearly 5 years now and have never seen anyone doing the spedwatch thing. When does it happen? I agree it needs doing btw along with a load of other things to stop the rot in this beautiful village.
